The small towns of Gulfport and Pasadena are nestled between greater St. Petersburg and the Gulf Beaches. They run along the waterfront of Boca Ciega Bay and the Intercoastal Waterway, and were mostly developed in the 1940s-1950’s. There are several neighborhoods that have a bit more charm than others – downtown Gulfport is primarily an artist’s colony, all living and working out of their restored bungalows, and Old Pasadena features some amazing Spanish Mediterranean and Art Deco estates.
