Belleair is a small town nestled between Clearwater and the beaches on the Intercoastal Waterway. It features both small ranch and estate homes, mostly built in the 1960s-1970s, and small commercial shops for that small town feel, just outside the large city of Clearwater. The City of Clearwater spans a good portion of northern Pinellas County, from Bay to Gulf, and has homes of every shape and size, with large commercial districts just outside every major neighborhood. Several major thoroughfares run through the City of Clearwater, so it serves as a great community for commuters.
