Jason Bartlett

Jason Lee Bartlett is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom. He served 4 years in the US Army as a ranger in the 3rd Ranger Battalion. While serving, Jason attended and graduated from Airborne School, Ranger Indoctrination Program, Ranger School, Primary Leadership Development School and many others. After being honorably discharged from the army, Jason acquired his first experience in real estate while working as a construction laborer. Jason has worked in all aspects of construction from remodeling to new construction; excavation and trucking to finish molding, and even earned the nickname “Jason The Mason” from his peers for his masonry skill. During these 5 years Jason was also taking classes part-time at Greenfield Community College in Greenfield, MA and graduated with an Associates in Science in Nursing in 2009. Jason passed the NCLEX and became a Registered Nurse and still holds and active Florida Registered Nursing License.

In 2010 Jason moved to St. Petersburg, FL with is wife Lucy. He attended the University of Tampa earning a Bachelor of Arts in History. In 2013, he met Natalie DeVicente of Southern Roots Realty and she helped him buy his first house. He put his construction experience to work on a fixer upper here in St. Petersburg. Jason and Lucy still live in the home he transformed, with a complete remodel of everything from bathrooms and kitchen to a full electrical rewire. One year later Jason and Lucy started a real estate investment business, and in 2016, Jason chose to become a real estate sales agent. Jason knowledge of construction and investment properties make him a great resource for clients looking for income generating properties and starter homes.
