William Bloxham Harvard IV (“Billy”), is a Florida native, born and raised in St. Petersburg with a large extended family in Tarpon Springs and Palm Harbor. After graduating from St Pete High, Billy attended The University of Florida and graduated with a BA in History. From there he moved to Washington, DC and worked in the US House of Representatives for 5 years. Knowing he would eventually want to make Florida his permanent home, Billy moved back to the Sunshine State and attended Law School at Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville. After graduation, Billy married Augusta Wilson of Mississippi in 2011 and they moved back to St. Pete.
With three generations in St. Petersburg, Billy’s family helped build many of our iconic St. Pete landmarks and homes. He became a licensed Realtor in 2015, and with Billy’s knowledge of the area and his legal degree, he expertly guides buyers to the property of their dreams and through the entire home-buying process. His experience in both the commercial and residential Tampa Bay real estate markets allows him to provide a broad range of white glove real estate services to his clients, while paying homage to his local roots. In his free time, you can find Billy playing tennis at the Racquet Club, socializing at the St. Petersburg Yacht Club, and enjoying time with his wonderful family.
